Project Overview:

H14 was tasked with creating a visual identity for Live Lagom, an outdoor sauna experience built around nature, balance, and community.
The brand combines Nordic-inspired simplicity with the wild landscapes of Ireland, offering moments of calm, connection, and wellbeing through lakeside sauna rituals.

Objective:

To design a logo and visual system that captures the spirit of natural balance and raw simplicity—reflecting Live Lagom’s ethos of slowing down, reconnecting, and finding harmony in nature.
The brand needed to feel grounded, timeless, and authentic, resonating with those who seek wellbeing in the wild.

Creative Direction:

The design concept drew inspiration from Scandinavian minimalism, the natural elements of fire and water, and the idea of balance (“lagom” meaning “just enough” in Swedish).
The logo was crafted with clean, geometric lines and organic flow, symbolising heat, water, and harmony.
A muted, earthy colour palette and natural textures were introduced to mirror the brand’s outdoor roots.

Deliverables:

  • Primary logo and minimal wordmark

  • Icon and monogram variations for digital and print use

  • Colour and typography system

  • Brand application examples (signage, website, social media templates, apparel, and sauna branding)

Result:

The final identity expresses simplicity, warmth, and authenticity. It aligns with Live Lagom’s mission to create natural spaces where people can pause, connect, and restore balance.
The visuals evoke the calm of water, the heat of fire, and the stillness of forest life—an honest reflection of the brand’s wild wellness philosophy.
